Equipment
Please bring your own mat
If you are buying a new mat, make sure you have at least 10mm thickness.
You might wish to bring a small cushion or a towel for your head, to achieve the right posture for your neck.
Other equipment such as weighted soft balls and stretch bands we can discuss once you have attended a few lessons.
What to wear:
Some comfortable, soft trousers.
Warm socks, there is no need for trainers.
Layers are always best.
You might want to bring some water.
