As my classes are small, never more than 8 students, I am able to help and support you to achieve these goals.
I have been teaching Matwork Pilates since 2005.
If you are new to Pilates you might consider to start with One to One sessions. I cover an area from New-Milton, Barton-on-Sea, Hordle, Milford-on-Sea, Keyhaven, Everton, Lymington, Sway, Boldre, Brockenhurst and Beaulieu.
